Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the world’s commonest inherited fatal condition. It has a prevalence of 1 in 1,000 and accounts for 5% of patients with end-stage renal disease. At this International meeting Simon the prevalence of ADPKD in routinely collected GP data and to compare the prevalence of cardiovascular co-morbidities, risk factors, and use of angiotensin modulating therapy.
